In fairness to those who are willing to wait their turn, and recognizing that whenever possible we will drop everything to take the time to assemble your order and make a special trip to the Post Office, we feel that it is only fair to ask those who want RUSH service (i.e. Express Mail®, with quick turnaround) to pay for it.
